Walk The Course

We know it's silly, but try walking a golf course without playing it. It might be hard, but ask the Golf Pro when the best time to do that would be. (Morning, Evening, etc.) Walking the course will accomplish 2 things. 1) Your Fitness Level will increase the more often you walk long distances. Your feet, ankles, and legs will thank you after doing it a few times. Walking in a park will also do the same thing. 2) You'll get to see that golf course in a different way. You may see things you wouldn't normally see without the stress of the next shot weighing on you. Be smarter than your opponents. Do the little things.
